Hey guys so clearly I didn’t post on Tuesday or Thursday but this is a one woman operation at present so sometimes I struggle a bit.
Anyway… we’re on to the upper body push. We can do this horizontally or vertically.
A good example of a horizontal push is the pushup.
Start with your hands directly under your shoulders. Squeeze your bum and think of bracing your core (more on this in subsequent posts) and lower your body as close as you can to the ground. Push the ground away from you and return to the start position.
