Dumbbell Bent Over Row

Hey! It’s Tuesday and I’m showing you an example of the upper body pull. The Bent Over Row is probably one of the most accessible exercises for you if you are new to working out and can be done supported or unsupported. (The video shows the unsupported version).

Pick up the dumbbell and hinge over at about 45 degrees. Keeping your elbow close to your body bring the dumbbell towards your ribs. Return the dumbbell to the start position.
