Workout Wednesday (November 21st, 2019)

Here’s a quick workout you can complete in 30 minutes.

Warm-Up

Set a timer for 20 minutes and do as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) resting when you need to.

Good Mornings 20

Upright or Vertical Rows 20

Glute Bridges 20

Squats 20

Pushups 5

Hit me up in the comments with the number of rounds you completed.
